STACY BARNES considers counseling to be a unique privilege. She has a special interest in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Grief, Marital Issues, Women’s Issues, Ministry Staff and Spousal Issues, Infertility, as well as other relationship and mental health challenges. 

Stacy is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Jay Lloyd, MA, LPC-S. Stacy has a Master of Education degree in Couples and Family Counseling from the University of Montevallo (2022). She is an active member of a local church. She has been married since 2007 and has two children.

  • Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy with a Created for Connection focus.
  • Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy
