RACHEL WOOD loves to offer pastoral counseling that connects people to the hope of Jesus Christ in their suffering. She has a special interest in working with members of ministry families, TCKs, and those looking for spiritual support. She brings pastoral compassion to those struggling with singleness, shame, body integration, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and postpartum depression/anxiety. She is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator for premarital and marital counseling and has completed the Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy with a Created for Connection focus.

Rachel serves as the Deacon of Spiritual Formation in her church and teaches on a variety of topics. She grew up on the mission field and has extensive cross-cultural experience. Prior to working at Daymark, Rachel interned at Grace Fellowship Church and taught ESL at UAB, and taught Biblical Languages with Kairos Classroom. She has been married to David since 2018 and has one son.
